Who is responsible for your data

Ecaresoft México, S.A. de C.V. (“Ecaresoft”, “we”), with its address at Av. Batallón de San Patricio Sur 109, piso 17, interior 17-A, Col. Del Valle Oriente, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, C.P. 66260, México, is responsible for the personal data you share with us through ecaresoft.com. We work together with our affiliate eCareSoft, Inc.

This notice covers this website only. Nimbo and Cirrus have their own privacy notices, which cover the information processed inside those products, including patient information.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect your name, email address and phone number and, depending on the form, your country, city, company and the message you write to us.

We don’t ask for sensitive personal data, such as health information, on this website. Please don’t include it in your message.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request, so it can deliver and protect the site and give us aggregate visit statistics. We don’t use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. The contact form is provided by HubSpot, which may set cookies it needs to run the form and prevent spam.

What we use it for

We use your data to:

• reply to your inquiry;
• contact you about the products and services you asked about, including demos and proposals;
• keep a record of our conversations with you.

We may also send you news about Ecaresoft, Nimbo and Cirrus. You can ask us to stop at any time by writing to us or by using the unsubscribe link in any of those messages. That won’t affect your inquiry.

Who we share it with

We share your data only with:

• service providers that process it on our behalf, such as HubSpot (forms and customer records) and Cloudflare (hosting and security);
• companies in the Ecaresoft group, which follow this notice;
• authorities, when the law requires it.

Some of these providers are located in the United States, so your data may be stored there. We don’t sell your personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while we need it to answer you and, if you become a customer, for our commercial relationship. After that we delete or anonymize it, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, object to its use, limit how we use or share it, or withdraw your consent. To do so, write to sales@ecaresoft.com with:

• your name and an email address where we can reply;
• a document that confirms your identity, or that of your legal representative;
• a clear description of the data and of what you are asking us to do.

We will reply within the time limits set by applicable law. If you are outside Mexico, you may have similar rights under your local law; you can contact us in the same way.

We may update this notice. The current version is always on this page, with the date it was last updated.
